IRISH COFFEE
Ingredients:
  • 50ml Shanky's Whip
  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Freshly whipped cream
  • A sprinkle of cocoa powder or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pour Shanky’s whip into a coffee mug.
  2. Add brown sugar to taste.
  3. Pour freshly brewed hot coffee into the mug.
  4. Stir gently to thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
  5. Carefully float a layer of freshly whipped heavy cream on top of the coffee.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top to taste (optional).
