Ingredients:
•  50ml Shanky's Whip
•  1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
•  1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
•  Freshly whipped double cream
•  A sprinkle of cocoa powder or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
1.  Pour Shanky’s whip into a coffee mug.
2.  Add brown sugar to taste.
3.  Pour freshly brewed hot coffee into the mug.
4.  Stir gently to thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
5.  Carefully float a layer of freshly whipped double cream on top of the coffee.
6.  Sprinkle a pinch of cocoa powder or grated chocolate on top to taste (optional).

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Shanky's Whip
  • 25ml of lemon tea
  • Lemon slice

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Pour 50ml of Shanky’s Whip into the glass.
  3. Pour 25ml of lemon tea into the glass.
  4. Stir for 30 seconds until drink is thoroughly mixed and chilled.
  5. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Shanky's Whip
  • 25ml sweet vermouth
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish
  • Lemon peel twist for garnish
  • Ice

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add the Shanky’s Whip, vermouth, and bitters into the mixing glass.
  3. Stir the mixture gently for 30 seconds to properly mix and chill the drink.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish the drink with a Maraschino cherry and a twist of lemon peel

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Shanky's Whip
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 sugar cube (or 1/2 oz simple syrup)
  • Orange peel
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherry for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place sugar cube in a rocks glass.
  2. Add 2 dashes of bitters directly onto the sugar cube.
  3. Add a small splash of warm water to the glass and stir gently to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour 50ml of Shanky’s Whip into the glass.
  6. Stir the cocktail for ~30 seconds.
  7. Twist an orange peel over the glass to express the oils into the drink, then drop the peel into the glass.
  8. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.
