SHIPPING POLICY:

We do hope your Shanky's Whip delivery arrives without issue, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us on info@shankyswhip.com

DELIVERY

We want your Shanky's Whip order to reach you as soon as possible and we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly. All Shanky's Whip orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once our fulfillment team has processed your order, we ship with next day delivery to Mainland UK via DPD. Please allow 5-7 days for deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50 and the Scottish Islands HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

RETURNS POLICY

We will refund the full value of any Non-Alcoholic product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 30 days of receipt of your order

2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact

3) Please send any return items to the following address, with a note inside including the name, order number and postcode of the original order:

PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For damaged items (including alcohol) we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.
